Roma Capitale obtains the Urban Safety award ANCI 2023 thanks to Safety21

Today, April 22, 2024 in Rome, at the national headquarters of the Association of Italian Municipalities, the municipality of Roma Capitale received the “ANCI 2023 Urban Safety” Award for the innovative and meritorious activity carried out as part of the digital transition project in the road accident detection sector, which has made it possible to standardize processes aimed at improving services to users and speed up operations detection techniques on the road.
The digital breakthrough was made possible thanks to the use of incidenti.online, our collaborative investigative platform that allows you to capture and conclude claims findings directly at the scene of the accident in digital format. This digitally native system has improved the speed of operations and has also reduced the number of units needed in the field, optimizing resources.
The recognition obtained underlines the importance for the Public Administration to adopt advanced technologies such as incidenti.online. These solutions not only simplify processes and improve data interoperability at various levels, but also contribute substantially to urban safety, highlighting how technology can be a valuable ally in emergency management and accident prevention.
